MVS Junior Service Manager
The Service Manager oversees the service department and is responsible for daily reports, working with all departments, such as Marketing, building and maintaining a loyal clientele, employee relations and setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives. Additionally, they are responsible for all customer service concerns and ensuring that service standards are upheld and performed at the highest level, while operating the department with a strong focus on profitability.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is ready to work in a team environment.
Training in the areas of servicing, repairing and assembling 2 and 4 stroke motorcycles and scooters. Also, for electronic and mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting
Perform (PDI) Pre-Delivery Inspection
Under the supervision of Lead Technician, meet productivity and efficiency standards for work output daily while maintaining the highest level of quality assurance
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Perform cross training in other departments of the company
JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma (Preferred but not required)
Basic tooling knowledge and experience
Must be willing to work under close supervision
Must be punctual, enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a good work ethic
Have the physical ability to perform heavy lifting
Must hold or be able to obtain a motorcycle license and a Heavy Truck License
